I have no experience with a 96 Windsor. If yours is like my 99 it has buttons and a sequence of LEDs indicating empty, 1/4,1/2,3/4,full. There are covered pots to calibrate full. There is also tape on sensors on the tanks on the passenger side behind a body panel accessed by unscrewing two s2 screws on the bottom of MH. The sensors can release and can be reglued. Some have replaced with SeeLevel sensors but I have no knowledge of that process.
