I have a weird 12v light situation on my '06 LaPalma. Both directional map lights in cockpit area will not turn off. Just came back to our coach this evening and these two lights are on and won't turn off. Switch is intergrated into the light lens - push up on lens for off and on. What's going on here?

Just a WAG..........Cars used to have a rotating headlight switch that when turned far enough would cause the dome light to come on. Do you have this type of headlight switch that may cause the map lights to come on?

Wild shot in the dark....try turning/twisting your headlight switch and see if it has an override for both map lights to come on. Sorta like the old days when you could twist the switch clockwise and the dome light would come on.

On edit: looks like Kix and I hit the button at the same time...
