We have only had our coach (2005 Windsor) for a week, so I am not sure if this is normal. On the return trip from picking it up out of state, one morning it had condensation build up on the outside that was obviously an exact match up to all of the interior framing. No visible condensation on the inside of windows or anywhere else. We had run the air pretty cold at night, so figured maybe the aluminum framing got colder and attracted moisture on the outside or something of that nature.

This morning, coach is in the driveway, no AC has been on and we have more weird patterns of condensation. This time, they are more towards the front of the coach and in pronounced "panel" shapes at the entry door and living room curbside slide. It rained last night, so it is humid this morning. Is this patterned condensation normal?

It's normal - take a photo for future reference; never know when you might need to know where the structure is.

Since our HR exterior is aluminum, we rarely see it on ours. But, you answered your own question. It is normal.

Thanks everyone. One less thing for me to be worried about on the new rig. Smart idea to take a picture for reference, I will do that when we get it back from the collision shop.
