I now know why I have a RV. We just visited the Copper Canyon in Mexico the views are great and the drive to the bottom was an adventure. Not in our RV of course that road requires a 4 wheel drive. We are on a Caravan with Adventure Caravan for 41 days through Colonial Mexico and so far so good.
I was wondering what some of your greatest trips were with your RV. I now know I love being able to travel and see the country.

What about you

Dave, did you take any digital pictures of the canyon that you can post?

(This should turn out to be another good thread. I'd love to read about places to go see when we retire in a year or so.)

OK, Here are a few pictures.
The photos are uploaded but I am having problem inserting them in this post. Any help is welcome

If you want to follow the trip and see all the pictures you can go to my web site at Mexico Trip. We are really enjoying this trip it has been great so far, now it's on to Guadalajara and Mazatlan and warmer weather we hope.

Here is another try at posting photos of the copper canyon. Thanks to the help of Robin_M

Some of the roads we drove

Switchback to get out of Copper Canyon

View of Wedding cake formation

Looking down into one of the Canyons

It has been raining the last few days so views haven't been that great. Today is sunny so we will be taking more pictures. All of the pictures of the trip get posted at trip web site.
