Hello,
I removed the panel to the bottom left of the drivers seat to which is a elect access
to find among the wires, about four or five "spare plugs" (some white, black, green, diff shapes, etc). So i called Monaco tech dept and asked if they could tell me what the plugs would be used for. The tech said they could not tell me what the plugs would be for, but that they were for options or add ons that the coach did not come with. I found that reply a little scary, if Monaco can't tell me who can , lol. Any ideas on how to find this info

The spare plugs on my Safari are labeled as to what they are for.

I find the all over my 04 HR Imperial. When I had the coach in the Monaco shop (pre-bankruptcy) I asked about them and the tech told me they were for ininstalled accessories or features in other coaches that used the same wiring harnesses. The company built a lot of common wiring into the coaches because it was cheaper to simply make a one size fits all harness than to individualize them. Car makers do the same thing.
I found the functions by using the wire numbers and a wiring diagram. You might be able to get a diagram from Monaco.

Sometimes the use of each wire is printed on the wire insulation if there is no tag. Wireman

jeaux....As Steve Fisher stated...follow the wire back a ways and you'll often find the information printed on the wiring. It's not unusuall to have excess wiring for other options. One of them maybe the wiring for a CB. Mine had the plug for an overhead dash fan. I had added the fan and just plugged it in.
