Wow....that's some torque. I think i'll leave this up to the pro's and take care of the fluids, belts, etc.

Just had the new shocks put on and the labor was around $200 for all 8. My guys take good care of us here in San Antonio.

A motorhome Shock is just a nut at the top and one at the bottom. With air tools and a Pro, thats ten minutes a pair! or an hour at the most for the eight! Nice to have friends that only charge a guy $200 an hour! Nice to be taken-care of! Its also easy to do high torque with the right tools! I waited 2 hours for road service, and changed the wheel my self! Allegro5

Hi friends, just for drill, I got on my knees and pushed on our bath room sclale! At 6'1'' and older than dirt at 73,& I found no problem reading 140 pounds! I know I pushed harder on my 5' pipe cheater! I will go out tomarrow amd hack off the pipe to 4 ft! Then I will do the lugs all over again! I havent driven the Dynasty since I did the Torque, and hopefully didnt hurt anything! The 1-1/2 solid lugs are to be at 500 dry! I believe it safer to be a tad less tight, than to over stress! But trhe wife thinks I am never right! Ha! what does she know, she thinks I am great too! Ha! allegro5

OK So what is wrong with waiting 2 hours for road service? At 73 you must be retired and what is a few hours ?? I consider 2 hours to be a fairly fast response.

I found I can easly push dpwn on my bathroom scale, to 140 pounds! I try to simulate that effort on my four foot cheater that starts at the end by the nut ,of my big Breaker bar! My rig has solid nuts and 1' studs! Calls for 500 dry pounds!
