I have now owned my coach for 1 1/2 years. My very first rv and not real sure how I found irv2 but sure am glad I did. I have learned so much reading other folks posts and some times read some things I wish I had not since they scared the heck out of me.
Some dealers (mine for sure) just can't or dont tell you the important things you should know and do. For example, proper tire pressure and scaling all four corners. I found out about that here...thank you. When I read a post about pressure pro it became a must have. I have a tranny that the filter needed to be change at the first 5000 miles....I didn't know that before reading here. There is so much I have learned here that I dont think I would have never found out until it was to late. Thank you all!! I hope some day I can help give information to a new to rv person as I have gotten and still very much learning. The ideas and pictures of repairs, upgrades and improvements have been most helpful but also makes me want to spend more money.

Ed S don't worry about spending more money. George Henry has checks! That's another reason irv2 is so good!!

I sure know what you mean by that. Just last week I ordered the "Brake Switch" and eight Koni FSD shocks for my coach. Without the forum I would have had no idea that I "needed" either of those.

Robin, I had forgotten about the Koni shocks but they are on my ever growing wish list. Every time I see a new product I think I would like or want to improve the coach, make it safer, keep it cleaner, or just fun stuff I add it to my list.
OK, this forum is great but the problem I see is it will continue to tease me into spending more money.

Hve a great day

Ed

A few nights ago, as I was shutting down the laptop, the question wouldn't leave my mind so I had to ask. I was marveling at the willingness of others to help strangers, the camaraderie that grows from honest (yet kind) communication, the "friendships"Ě that develop from shared experiences, the trust that is gained from the goodwill of others, the knowledge shared by someone who has gone through what you're now dealing with, and even the personal challenges that we face and let others know a little about.

I agree with what everyone has said. I've thought about the vision of the originators and their ability to keep this a reality; the ability of the moderators to keep it friendly and polite; and the extremely experienced and helpful members who contribute so much.

Now, if I had just worked with such a great group of people as are here on these boards, I maybe, just maybe, could have continued working a little longer. NAW! The worst day of being retired is better than the best day of working.

I don't think there is anything I can add as it has already been said. However, compared to other sites, the friendly folks here is why I keep coming back!

Great job IRV2
