In doing a roof inspection found what appears to be an antenna base missing its antenna. It's located curb side about right above the entry door. There's a set screw in the base which means to me the antenna is replaceable. Probably a Radio Shack item. Everything is working inside? Any ideas?

That looks very similar to the one on my 2004 Imperial. We bought it as a repo last year and have always wondered about that as well.

Looks something like the base for a Wilson Trucker CB/Cell Ant.

Since the PO stole the CB out of our coach (along with all other removable electronics and satellite dish) that makes sense. Will see what others say.

Our Newmar multi channel receiver has AM/FM. The second antenna is for it.

I would not necessarly say he Stole the CB et-al.. Many of those items are added "After Market" and thus they were his.. At least in my coach the CB, Ham radio, Sat receiver and such are all mine, the factory never installed them
That kind of base is common among several types of antennas..
If you have a radio that does not work.. Try a simple connectivity test antenna to down side coax

No, they were on the build list of the coach and standard equipment on the Imperial, not add on's post sale.

dmason...On my 05 Monaco Diplomat, the antenna on the driver's side is for the radio. The antenna in the center is for the CB.

The CB antenna on my '90 Monaco is also in the center. The antenna base that this topic is about is a universal mount, which has a set screw to allow a swival mount, or a straight antenna mount. Since the RV is relatively tall, it is likely to go with a short fiberglass [30" or less] one. They also make a good rubber one which is roughly 12" long if I remember right. I have used both on my truck before retiring.
