Just had our Knight in the Wildwood facility and asked if they were closing. I was told not yet but it is day by day. It seems very quiet there and I hope they stay open. The work done on our coach was up to par. About 1/2 of the sites were open. If they do close I suspect some of the people will break off and start their ownbusiness. This is a great facility and I know Monaco is proud of it. Keep the faith.

I received a message from the Wildwood facility back on the 9th. We were out of town and didn't check it so I did not call back until this morning. I was told that my appointment was about to be cancelled back at the time of the call due to staff cutbacks but not anymore. They still expect me to arrive on March 23rd and my repairs will take place the next day.

I need service on the zone defence monitor. Called the Safara hot line and they sent us to Turning Wheel Rv in Ocala. The Tech guy said he was from the Wildwood Service center and it was closing down. This was on the 13 of JAN 09.

With all the RVs in Fl this Jan I think all the service centers are busy.

Turning Wheel did the warr work and billed Monaco with no charge to me.

On the 6 of Jan 09 the warr work done at Elkhart Service and Collison I had to pay for the labor and then send the bill to monaco for reinbursment. Monaco says they will send the check in 4 to 8 weeks. I need the warr corrected before heading to Fl so I payed up front. I think JD Adams needed to protect his business in case the payment drag out to long.

From the conversation I had yesterday morning, there may have been plans to shut down Wildwood but that has since changed. Like I said in my post, I was told by Wildwood to show up on the 23 of March.
