What other preventive measures can I take? Can it be reset w/o much expense before it pops out completely? All ideas welcome. Thanks.

That is exactly what happened to the windshield on our former coach which was a 2007 Safari Simba. We went through three windshields. When we drove it, even very slowly, we could see the top of the windshield move from side to side, independent of the dash area. It was as if the upper cab area was swaying back and forth. It will eventually break like ours did. We never did find a solution other than a metal cage that another owner told us could be installed. We traded the coach in with the windshield looking just like the picture. The dealer picked the coach up and ran strong tape all over the top and bottom of the windshield to hold it in on the way back to the dealership. Another owner said that there was a $3,000 cage that could be fabricated for the front cap area. Don't ask me about the cage because we chose to trade instead due to other problems. I know that a good RV place can attempt to reset the windshield. We had that done to the first two. Our insurance company was not happy with that situation. We had four replacement windshields break in transit! It didn't cost them any money because the shipper was responsible, but that is another long story and I'm straying from the subject. Happy travels, Joe
