I agree with Ed. I'm rather impressed with the speed at which Monaco handled this, considering just three or four months ago they would not even admit that they knew it was a problem.

Had my wipers fixed under the recall today while at the service center. The replacement hardware is sure heavier than the original "stuff" I'm dreading the other bill $$$$ for other items I had fixed. I highly recommend visiting the Harrisburg facility but make sure you get here b4 the warranty expires...not after like we did...grrrrrrrr.
