My "baby" (ok, my "other" baby) has been at the dealer for a couple of weeks now having the genset serviced and a few warranty items fixed; one was to check out the leveling system (I had the left rear going down before the front). Anyway, in trying out the system, guess what shattered? Yup, the front windshield! The dealer called Monaco. Three(ish) days later a new windshield showed up covered under warranty. Is there really any wonder why some of us have switched from brand X (or W), to Monaco. Anyone can sell you an RV, but the real test of a manufacturer starts after delivery. I'm thrilled to say Monaco has exceeded all my expectations.

On a more humorous note, I realized today that I need my RV back and get out of my office for a while. This morning, after egressing excess bodily fluids, before I could reach for the handle, my right foot actually moved toward the center of the pedestal looking for the foot flusher Happily, I get her back next Friday and then we're off to spend an extended weekend at San Mateo...

Sweet! I know how that is, I always open the cabinets wrong at home after we return from a trip (the home cabinets don't open when I push on them, dang!) Have fun in San Mateo! Pictures, please!
