Which stands for "yet another AquaHot winterizing question."
Other than the typical winterizing procedures for the rest of the coach, does the AH system need to be winterized?

The only thing that has to be down with the AQ is the fresh water heating system. I isolate my hot fresh water system in the AQ with valves then I use the pump to push RV anti-freeze into that part of the system. AQ state that it should not be drained or have air blown through it becuae there are some low spot areas that will retain the fresh water and they may freeze and that will cost you $$$$$$$. I use air to blow out the entire fresh water system in the MH and i do not use RV antifreeze in that part because of the residual taste. The heating side of the AQ is full of boiler antifreeze already so that is no problem.

Last year I blew air through the lines to winterize my coach. I then read that the Aqua Hot will still retain a fair amount of water and the only way to get rid of the water is to put in RV antifreeze in the system. Well, sure enough, I put in the antifreeze and I discharged quite a bit of water that was in the Aqua Hot system that would not have come out if I had only blown air through the system. Was I happy I did that.

As the previous poster mentioned, it is probably only the hot water side, but I did both.
