We just took possession of our first Excel, a 2007 33RSE. I can only find one 12VDC outlet. It located in the TV cabinet in the bedroom. We have the built-in 15"LCD TV and that makes it very hard to use the outlet for charging the cell phone. Is there another one that I am not seeing?

I'm certainly no expert on Excel's since we haven't taken possession of our's yet! However, typically, RVs only come with one 12-volt outlet unless you ordered it with more, so it would be my opinion that the one you're seeing in the bedroom is probably the only one in the rig.

It should not be difficult, though, to have another one added.

By the way, don't you have a regular 110-volt charge cord for your cell phone? Most cell phones come standard with the 110-volt charge cord and the 12-volt one is an option.

We have a RSE and the one in the bedroom is the only one we have. We normally charge the cell phone with normal electricity when hooked-up. The RSE is a great floorplan. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do ours.

our rig has "extra" DC circuits in the DC fuse box.

I haven't added any circuits yet, but I plan to for my portable XM radio

We ordered 3 - kitchen, bath, tv area. We are just looking at low amp stuff. Easy for the factory to wire, especially if you want it in some place without other 12 volt. Still may add something in the basement storage.
