Dan, thanks for taking the time to give an update. As someone who 'doesn't get out often' it's interesting to read what others are doing at times....Wish other Excel Clubs shared their outing information.

We went into Boston in a Motor Coach today, the weather was rainy and cool. We saw the Old Church where they hung the one land and 2 by sea lanterns. Also saw the Cheers Bar sign, Fenway Ball Park from the out side, the oldest ball park in the US and it looks not so nice on the outside. Walked part of the Freedom Trial through Down Town Boston. Boston is a very busy and not easy to get around big city.
Tomorrow on to Concord and Lexinton on a Motor Coach.
Dan

We had another interesting day at Lexington, The 1st shot fired of the Revolutionary war and at Concord where the 1st Battle was fought in Apr 17 1775, the Regulars of the English army had over 200 kill with less than 100 killed for the Minute men. These were some very brave courageous men to start the change that got the US going that we all enjoy today.
Tomorrow is free day for every one to do as the want.
Dan

The Teapot was 1800 era advertising, the teapot is actually steaming in the photograph.

The Tour continues!! We went to Salem ,Ma on a coach today, visited the Maritime Museum, Salem was the sea port when Sailings ships were king, there were several the of pleasure sail boats in the harbor. , the harbor is too shallow for Large ships, Visited the Witch Dungeon Museum, many so called witches were hanged and persecuted in the late 1600. A very beautify day in New England today!!
