American companies
I would like to acknowledge two american companies for their product with great support and service. My demco glyde had a lot of slop in fore/aft and side movement. Rockin identified this and said to call and have links/bushings replaced. Called demco and told them that I had alot of movement and asked for new links with bushings and received them in less than a week. After replacing, Rockin suggested to ask them to send out new bushings and replace the old links bushing. No problem, they sent new bushings and now I have a complete new set. No questions asked. I also had a problem with my dexter springs. O had noticed that the second leaf had slid over and was rubbing on the links and caused deep gouges in them. Rockin again said nicely(can't use his exact words) that they should replace the springs. Called the warranty claims mgr., Chuck Golden, told him the problem and sent picture and within a week received all new 8k springs and all the hardware. The also covered the 400 dollar changeout. Really nice to work with a company that stands behind and supports their products
