Bath Lighting

Her wifeliness finds the vanity lighting in our new Winslow a little inadequate for applying the very little make up she needs to look beautiful. The round halogen light is placed too far behind the mirror to give good lighting for it. I looked at some of the stick up LED lights at Lowe's but not sure how they would work with the padded ceiling we added as an option.

Wish we would have thought of this when ordering as I would like to have a hard wired vanity light right above the cabinet. It appears the ceiling air duct is right above the cabinet so that may not be possible.

Any suggestions?

Jim,

Thanks for the "heads up" about the light placement in the D34RKM bathroom. It's most likely the same in all "M" bath models. I'll look into that and see if there is an improvement that can be made for future buyers of that model.

Bryan

Thanks, Bryan. Sorry for the double post. Wi-fi is a little iffy where we are so probably hit the send button twice.

The light is actually behind our heads so it is a little dark for even shaving. I am thinking I can find some sort of LED light that works on a AA batteries and mount it on the ceiling directly above the mirror. I would think I could use some short screws if needed to hold it in place.
