On our 2004 30PKW, we had a factory-installed battery disconnect switch installed. As I remember it was quite expensive. $150 comes to mind, but I wouldn't swear to it. Does anyone know how this assembly compares to an ordinary knife switch battery disconnect, which you can buy for a few dollars in most dealerships?

There must be a good reason why the one installed is so much more expensive.

Frank,

It's a whole lot better looking! The Perko bright red cover and the nice black knob with a great reputation. Oh yeah, it is well insulated. We pay for pretty! The one option (back then) that I remember, was the $55.00 kitchen trash can inside the bottom kitchen cabinet! Everyone needs to make a buck, too.
