Just to make viewing simpler. Thanks Bryan for getting a photo of the flush device.

Thanks Bryan,

Help this poor old country boy out....why wouldn't you simply replace the flusher using the original position instead of making a new hole in the tank? Is it riveted or in a bad location for service? Tom

Tom.... one can replace the nozzle but prying the old one off, which is glued to the ABS tank could cause damage to the tank if one wasn't careful.

Which ever way works is fine.

Thanks Bryan,

Didn't realize it was "glued on". Now that makes sense. Don't worry, I'm not gonna ask if I can use Eternabond tape to hold it on! Tom

My black tank flush device was replaced at the factory in April. The original was quite clogged and not doing the job. When it was replaced they drilled the holes in the flush head to make them a bit larger as the smaller holes tend to clog. In my trailer it is located behind the blackwater dump valve and not easy to get to. The tech had to cut the access port in the belly larger to gain adequate access. It is not a job I would tackle.
It does work much better now.

Did the flusher on your trailer basically just quit spraying and still give you water in the tank?
Mine still gives a flow of water in the black tank although it seems slow. I can fill the tank by the flusher in about 8-10 minutes (guessing about the time as I have not timed it)

It was running but VERY slow. I couldn't hear it and it would take forever to fill the tank. In a nutshell, it was not functioning as designed or expected. Now with the new improved (slightly larger holes) it really rocks.
