We try to cook as much as possible in the convection oven, just because. So far it's been pretty good. We are almost completely weaned from the oven.

We still use the regular oven a bit......evenone talks about how bad and uneven it bakes.......but I don't find it that bad. We always favor the grill or smoker than cooking inside. It's all good! rockin'

My oven is a gr8 storage place for my grillin' bud George (Forman). Guess that's kinda using it for what it was originally intended. It's all in your perceptional continuity.
