Thanks for the photo use....

Just noticed that your slide's flange trim is different from mine. I don't have the gasket/bumper running around the edge.

While your there for service....might want to see if that black streak on the gasket/bumper is a 'rub' or just dirt....

All my rubs are at the upper corners. Most likely it's just the difference in the gaskets used and their fit.

Most of all three slides have a black streak on the gasket in a similar place as that one.

Identical leak on my unit after 3 years. Even started to leak in rain water. Local RV shop reset the gasket..apparently worked it's way out of position. They did not replace it..just charged me for labor.

Sorry it took so long to post back, but I finally found out the root cause of my drips -

See the drain outlet in the picture posted above? Well, my drain hole was in the bottom of that white piece, not on the side as pictured. The AC unit had settled down enough on the gasket so that the hole was against the roof, and the water had no where to go. The shop was able to drill a hole in the side so that it now drains out correctly.
