Excel Club of Colorado

I just wanted everybody to be aware that the Colorado Excel Club and the New Mexico Excel Club will be combining forces this fall. This year both clubs decided to have their respective campouts at the same facility.

The Colorado dates are Sept 18-20, 2009 and New Mexico's dates are Sept 25-28, 2009. Everyone is welcome.

These events will be held at the Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in beautiful and very colorful Creede, CO. If you own an Excel, you are invited to attend. The fall colors in Creede are just spectacular with the aspen all decked out in gold.

Then after enjoying the sights of Colorado, head south east for 190 miles and attend the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta from Oct 3 to the 11th.

Go to their website Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort and click on the left hand icon that says Mountain Views RV Park and then click on directions. It will show you various ways to come in depending on where you are traveling from.

Hello thankyou for the reply back just one thing i will need to know will I have to res. a spot I won;t be able to make the 18 20 but should be there for the 25 28 of sept. I am coming from Alberta Canada and leaving Sept 15th. Thanks.

I believe they will be taking reservations on June 1st. A lot of people will be there through that week between the campouts. In fact I think we will show up on the 12th and leave the morning of the 28th.

Hi there my husband diesel guy has been chatting with you about sept well as you know us women make the plans lol so here i am mrs diesel guy we are very interested in the trip for sept and I understand you will be in kansas in may

We will be at Prairie Dog State Park on Sat before reunion and then in to Smith Center. We will be at the Colorado area where ever that will be. Everyone from the Colorado club knows us and most from the New Mexico club so ask around. We will have a great time.

We will be pulling in on Sat and leaving on Wed AM. Some others will be coming in on Mon and Tues. 06 we had 18 rigs in a traileravan towing through the small towns of KS towards Smith Center.

Webster looks like a good place to camp, another place I need to camp is in Belleville in August for the Midget Nationals, but not this year.
