I am a retired farm and have bought many equipment items from many manufacturers and dealers.
I have never had the level of high quality, personal service from any of them that I have gotten from Excel/PI and to top it off, I bought a used trailer. They are wonderful at responding to questions

I'll second that Ialso purchsed a pre owned Excel and have call PI on several occasions they treat me like fammily.
