I am a retired farm and have bought many equipment items from many manufacturers and dealers.

I have never had the level of high quality, personal service from any of them that I have gotten from Excel/PI and to top it off, I bought a used trailer. They are wonderful at responding to questions

John, welcome to iRV2 and you now have Karma.

I figured you California folks were still asleep, being so many time zones away from the Easy coast.

WOW! called customer service and my question and solution were address in no time. No wonder Bryan and Excel enjoy the success and reputation they do. Thanks EXCEL.
