We have just completed a visit to the Excel Service Center and I'm happy to report that they had really done a great job in tuning up our rig.

We had a list of items that we had identified as not quite perfect in our minds. Some things needed replacing and others needed tweeking and still others needed modification. Ralph had assigned Jackie & Steve to address our issues with their expertise. What a team they proved to be. We had planned on about a week to get everything done. Well, Steve & Jackie proved us wrong and exceeded our expectations as they completed our list of modifications, tweeks, testing and repairs in only 2.5 days. Thank you to you both. PI should be thankful that they have you on their team.

We took another tour of the factory and learned some great maintenance tips. We also learned about some good things that are happening there. All in all it was a great trip to Smith Center. Thanks to everyone involved.

Hey Timo,

While we've only had to have repairs done only once at SC., we've also had the great service experience! Top knotch! Just like we are part of the family, and I know for a fact that is their goal. And I just thought it was cause we fed them good!!! Smoked pork and chicken, oh my!! rockin'

Tim we couldn't agree with you more about the great folks in Smith Center. We just returned to Colorado from a trip in to the service center to have some items of concern taken care of for us. Once again, Jack, Ralph and crew did us a great job. We have confidence in them that we simply don't have in any dealer.

Looks like we could have had a Excel Family Reunion the past couple of weeks with those of us who were just there.

Just to add to this, most all of the Excel owners I have meet are nice people. Tom, (Washout) we put up with. All families have something they keep in the closet. We just need a better lock for the closet.

I meet a couple this weekend at Scott State Park the where very nice also. They had bought their unit from RV Sales recently.

Safe travels everyone.

Met another very nice couple while at Smith Center. Marg and Norm were there getting their Excel tuned up.
They did not know about this forum so I filled them in. I also warned them about Rockin'washout

Thanks again to Ralph and Jack and the crew for the help they gave me while I was crippling around from my accident.
