EXCEL SUMMER GATHERING 2011

We have a place and dates set for this event.
Dates are Aug. 1st through Aug 6th.

Those who wish to attend will be making there own reservation's and will be in with the group if they let them know they are with the Excel Summer Gathering group.
We will have full hookup sites close to the meeting building.
We get a 10% group discount and the use of the meeting building is included in the price. No other discounts will apply.
The price is 28.80 plus tax. Total of 30.82 give or take a penny or two.
We can each reserve for as many of the days as we want, during this time. If you can make it for a night or six I'm sure from what I have heard of the area there is much to do. All Excel owners are invited from all the states, and Canada.
We are working on things to do while there. Suggestions are welcome, especially those who have been there.

We have a reserved a site. Looking forward to meeting other Excelers. We are from just north of there in Cedar Rapids. There are quite a few things to do there including the Old Creamery Theater. A brewery and wineries. Someone on another post about the community of Kalona that is south of there. It is an Amish area, the town has a world famous quilt store. I think you will enjoy the area.
