I just wanted to publicly thanks the folks at PI and my dealer, The RV Experience, for taking care of the damage that was done when I moved the slides out after the drawers had come open in flight. I appreciate it very much. It broke our hearts to have damaged something the first time out. BTW, my dealer has an '07 35MKO that if you got it any cheaper, there would be an arrest warrant out for you. I have to give them a "plug" because they have been so good to deal with.

Ed,
"Excel takes care of their customers"

I agree 100%!! A big part of the 'Excel Experience' is the support provided by PI. I have never dealt with a company that supported their customers to the extent that PI does. We hear this repeatedly on this forum and others.
