How good is the PI two year warranty? Our trailer is stored inside a building most of the time. When it was less than a year old I noticed several leaks. One vent wasn't caulked properly, several windows leaked, and a plumbing leak. When I contacted my dealer, he said it wasn't covered under warranty. I thought the Excel was to have a two year bumper to bumper type warranty! I know the service at the plant in Smith Center is outstanding! However, isn't the Excel dealer supposed to take care of most warranty problems? I don't want to have to drive to Kansas to get my trailer worked on. What have your warranty experiences been like with your Excel dealer?

Hi Camperguy,

I've had my share of problems (as you'll see if you search my past posts) but I have nothing but great things to say about the 2-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. Simply, Excel has been fantastic at fixing problems ... going above and beyond in many cases.

Bob
