Thanks Paul,
The weep/drain holes are all open -- don't understand how mine could be full of water and nary a trace in yours. I've sealed mine anyway so I know the water getting inside the glazing rubber is now a non-issue. My list is like yours, I'll take something and put two things on. Marilyn always has a 'honey do' to keep me busy!

Paul,
Got to the small slide-out bedroom windows today and the insert was dry -- but these are not horizontal and shouldn't collect any water.

Chief,

I have checked all of mine and they are all dry. I don't understand how some yours are holding water if the drainage holes are open.

Paul

Paul,
I'm terrible trying to draw a picture with words, but here goes: my window trim inserts have a hollow channel through the middle of the insert. The drain/weep holes on the window frame are open and have no bearing on the "glazing rubber". Fits into the window around the lower glass pane, forming a 'U' shape. The problem is water runs down the window frame and makes its way into the top 'U' legs and gradually fills the this hollow channel in the insert. A dap of silicone in the hole at each end of the glazing rubber will hopefully keep the water out.

Chief,

Now I got ya. I had the same problem with water getting into the weather stripping on my cargo doors.
