Our fan had been making slight noises when running. Yesterday I got up the energy to finally check it out. Actually DW had been getting on me about it and said I couldn't go fishing until I fixed it. Low and behold all it was was loose screws, not mine, the fans. All the blades were loose. I tightened them up and now it's quiet when running on all speeds.

I went fishing right after that.

Wow!!! For the first time ever for me, I knew how to fix something before 99 (andmaybe even RockheadTommie). My fan was noisy forever and all I had to do was tighten screws. I did it after about a month of agravating noise.

Brag about something this easy to fix. Not me. I'm bragging about how easy it was to get DW to let me go fishing.
