There will be a luncheon on Feb 16, 2012 at the Echo Hotel and Conference Center in Edinburg, TX for Excel owners. This is not an Excel sponsored function and it will cost $12.50 per person for a buffet lunch, drink and tip payable at the door. We would like for everyone to let us know if you are coming so we can give the Hotel a number for their food preparation and table arrangements. We will start at 11:00 and end around 2:00. The address for the hotel is 1903 South Closner, Edinburg, TX

Wow, thanks Hermie. Is that a piece of califlower in one hand and ice cream in the other? Balanced diet......now all I needed was a glass of fruit juice to make it a perfect meal!!! That pic was taken about 25 lbs heavier than I am now!!!!

On edit: Oh hell, I blew the pic up and got more detail....oppppssss that piece of califlower was actually a cookie with a bite out of it!!!! BUSTED!!!

We thought very little of you while we were there, I mean we did not think of you because we had plenty food left.
