I'm not sure how many of our Excel Family follow the other forums here on iRV2.com, but here's of this topic in another forum.

Flying J is in the process of refusing Visa cards at the truck fueling islands.

The article quoted talked about truckers. I wonder if this will affect those of us who use the RV pumps? We have 2 credit cards, both VISA, so if Flying J will no longer accept them, then we'll no longer use Flying J. Maybe I'll write them a letter and include our Flying J Frequent Filler card that we got many years ago.

Linda,
My understanding is that it applies only to the big-truck diesel pumps. Confirmed, big-truck diesel islands only, effective 25 May 07. I guess we'll find another fuel stop. Flying J will rescind this policy when their bottom-line reflects the number of loss diesel sales. We're toting 300 gal. so we can afford to be choosy when fill-up time is near.

I wish I could get past 50 (or 75) bucks without re-inserting or going inside.

I'm carrying 60 gallons now, and pumps that shut off early are a PITA

At a Flying J in Oregon today, a handwritten note on the pump said the change on Visas would be postponed until June 5.
