Deleted the "Excel News Corner" as it's not needed -- Bryan posts frequently on the forum and a separate topic wasn't necessary.
Considering starting the "On The Road, Where We're At" topic again -- a place where family members could post their travels/locations. Your thoughts on this topic?

Chief,
Sounds good to me.....that will be one busy thread. It's too bad you can't insert Willie's song "On the road again" to run in the back ground while you reviewing the thread! That would be cool. Easily entertained aren't I? Tom

Great song tom -- here's another that could sum up the life of an RV'er:
Over on the Escapee's HDT Forum, one of our members posted the lyrics to the Johnny Cash song "I've Been Everywhere".
I was toting my pack along the long dusty Winnemucca road
When along came a semi with a high canvas covered load
If your goin' to Winnemucca, Mack with me you can ride
And so I climbed into the cab and then I settled down inside
He asked me if I'd seen a road with so much dust and sand
And I said, "Listen! I've traveled every road in this here land!"
I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
Crossed the deserts bare, man
I've breathed the mountain air, man
Of travel I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere
I've been to:
Reno
Chicago
Fargo
Minnesota
Buffalo
Toronto
Winslow
Sarasota
Wichita
Tulsa
Ottawa

Chief,
I like the idea. I currently move my location on the Buddy map as we move along.

Has the way the map works been changed? When it first started out, you couldn't change your location (or at least you couldn't delete your old location) without having ChiefJohn change it for you.
I change our location on the Datastorm Users map, link in my signature...haven't tried the Buddy map since I first put our location on it (I *think* we were in Quartzsite at the time).

Linda,
If my memory is correct (and that is a big if)Chief deleted me from the map and I signed up for the second time. I'm now able to change my location simply by clicking on the edit button and typing in our new location. Our friends can now track our travels. I call this a poor man's Datastorm system.

Thanks for the info, Paul. Maybe I'll try changing our location on the map.
