Help selecting an Excel

Hello to all,
Currently the Dw and I live in the Caribbean, specifically Margarita Island, Venezuela....at least for the time being......and Oh, on a Sailboat. We will move ashore this year after 7 years of full time cruising, so for us, this will be a move to bigger quarters. Excel is on the short list but we are having trouble doing all the research on line. Our must have requirements are a large computer work area or desk, and a galley with a larger than normal work space (counter tops) and storage. These are deal breakers, the rest we can sort out. I can only find two floorplans with computer desks and U shaped or L shaped galleys yet the brochure says that computer areas are on most models. I need some help here. Also, I can't find the archives of past year models floorplans and I am having trouble getting prices (MSRP) on the options both current and past years. We will be looking for a left over or perhaps used as timing will be a problem upon arrival...and all of this should happen by spring. Thanks in advance....
