I know to go to a Cat scale to get the axle weight but where do I go to get each tire weighed one at a time?

You need to find someone that has a set of scales. if you have any friends into circle track racing, they might have a set of scales that will weigh each individual tire. The DPS in Texas uses portable scales that weigh each tire. If they aren't busy, sometimes they will help you out. I assume other states use similar setups. I think I have seen the same thing in New Mexico.
At our last Excel Club of New Mexico campout, the Goodyear dealer from Albuquerque and a Goodyear rep brought out a set of scales. They weighed each wheel of all trailers that wanted them weighed.

Virgil,
Stand on scale and get your wieght. Take off lug nuts, remove tire, hold it and step on scale again. Subtract your weight, and this is how you can weigh one tire at a time. Or multiply this number by 4 if you don't want to take off all the lug nuts.
Sorry, I just had to beat Tom to the answer!!
RV Safety is usually at LOW conferences and Escapades for rig weighing

You folks are making me nervous -- appears the "Rockintom" virus is starting to spread.

We had our rig weighed at the Spring Escapade in April.
If you can find a place to have it done, the absolutely best way of weighing is each tire position. Just because the axle is below the GAWR, doesn't necessarily mean that one tire position might not be overweight.
For example, say you have 6,000# axles on your rig and you weigh each axle. According to the scales, you're OK because each axle is under the 6,000# rating. However, you then have each tire position weighed and find out each tire on one side of your rig is overweight by around 200#. There's no way you'd ever know that by just weighing the axles.
