I'd like to let you know of a few improvements to our website.

The first one is a direct result of requests and suggestions made by our family members.

As of today, our website will have our Excel Owner's Manual in *pdf* format on our site. Just look under the "Support and Resources" tab.

Our next step is to start an area where you can go to get as many of our componant supplier's owner's manual for the models we use of their componants. This should be very helpful. For example, if you are trying to troubleshoot your Shurflo water pump, you will be able to go to our site and get the manual for the pump you have in your unit.

And last but not least, we have updated our construction videos and have uploaded them to youtube.com. Our channel is excelrvs.

We will be eliminating the old videos on our website within a few days and will be providing links to our You Tube videos.

Thanks for your continued support,
Bryan

As someone who has always been something of a 'Publications and Manual' sort of guy, I welcome the addition of the current Owners manual and related Mfg manuals to the Excel Home page.

I know that it doesn't relate to my 2001 33RLE Limited....but I have been fortunate enough to find most everything I need on the web that relates to my unit.....plus information that I think might be helpful in time.

When khoenig requested assistance with his furnace and wanting to 'educate myself' with something new....I wasn't able to find either his furnance manual on the web and only general information about his Coleman Heat pump.

I learned something new about equipment I didn't have, but maybe not enough to help him with his problem. Having this information available might help him or even me in the future.

Another feature we added this morning is a list of SERVICE BULLETINS. Until now, we have just sent these to dealers but I think it's going to be helpful to reach everyone about issues as they come up.

click on SUPPORT AND RESOURCES then you will see the flyout that says SERVICE BULLETINS. When you are finished reading a service bulletin, click your "BACK" button to take you back to our website, otherwise, clicking the "X" will cause you to exit the internet.

I hope you find these improvements helpful.

Thanks,
Bryan

Bryan,

Thank you so much! Will you be posting the 2011 Owner's Manual soon?

The manual that is on there is our most current one and applies to 2011 models. I know it's not 100% current and accurate but we're trying to get the highest priorities taken care of currently.

Thanks,
Bryan

This is very helpful.

Would also be nice if we could subscribe, so emails would go out for any additions to the page.
