We recently experienced a potentially very serious failure in our coach and called in to the Service Center for help from Jack. He recommended a temporary repair and fit us into the Service Center in a relatively short time (considering that their schedule is pretty full). The Service Techs did a great job of repairing our coach in short order. Best of all, PI covered the cost of this repair - probably because we had brought the coach in due to concern in the same area while it was still under warranty - even though no problem was found at that time.

One of the primary reasons we selected Excel for our full-timing adventure was their reputation for Customer Service, especially standing behind the product. Peterson Industries has met and exceeded our expectation in this regard.

Thank you, Jack, Darren, Ted, Jim, & Ralph.

Tom -

You hit the nail on the head with that "Egg Roll Queen" title. We were headed west out of SC, not even past the Pizza Hut and Bona was already planning what she should cook to go with the egg rolls to give the Service Center Gang lunch on our next visit (some of us like the idea of having the factory guys look over our rig once in a while - we're not so "talented" as others).

oops!
