Carol has been very religious about getting laundry done. The dryer began to dry poorly and we did all the things one does inside with poor results. I pulled the external flaps off and found over an inch of lint stuck in a mesh screen placed behind the external flaps. A quick call to our dealer confirmed the mesh had no business back there...problem solved. When replacing the flaps there is no gasket so I elected to get some bathroom caulk. The nice man at Lowes directed me to a more heat resistent stuff. Easy on and easy off. Phil

Thanks for the heads up on the dryer vent situation. We are W/D ready but can't afford the weight with the one ton truck (ol' Tug). We've been doing ours in the local or park laundromat. You meet some pretty interesting folk there! Not really, most are just like you and me!
