NADA puts average retail at $27,050 for the base trailer. Go to their site and any options you are aware of. With an 12 year old unit, I would expect that some things have been replaced, such as the AC, furnace, H2O heater and refer. Check the manufacture date on the tires.
Even if you are an experienced RVer, I would take someone else who is knowledgeable for your inspection of the unit. There are plenty of websites advising how to do a proper inspection on an RV. Expect to spend the better part of a day doing that. IMHO, water intrusion inspection is the most important, as that is the most costly to repair.
If all is to your liking try to go for the low retail price on NADA of of $22,450. In all probability, no matter how good your inspection, expect to have to spend extra bucks.
