I'm saddened by the thought that we lost a LGT driver today. As soon as his family is notified I'll post more info.

Prayers.

Tim & Rosanne are now the proud owners of a Volvo. No more LGT. Check out the Off Topic section.

MM,

Thanks a lot.

I sure do hope though that this "baby" is not going to grow much more. I do know though that there is a "LilBit" coming in the very near future.

Well I made it to Herrin's Welding Shop in Kilgore, TX. Boy, Larry's place is out in the sticks. I'll be meeting up with him 1st thing in the AM.

I had to drive 2 hrs longer today than I wanted. I went through the storms in East Texas outside of Dallas. I have NEVER seen such a down pour. The wind was blowing the rain sideways. These fields are flooded here more than anything I had eveer seen.

I was throughly impressed though on how well BigBit plowed through it all. Cars & LGT's were pulling over and all the big rigs just kept on going. It handled it easily. I had to slow down a little but never had to stop and never felt unsafe.

This thing has sooo much power, I can drive it like a 4 speed with O/D. I wonder how much that'll change when we hook up?

Thanks to everyone for their support. I'll share the information I've gained to help anyone else who want to explore the HDT world.

Tom,
I'll be on a flight back to Albuquerque this PM. I only have this morning to get the final design on the bed done. Too much work to do in too short a time. I won't have time to explore where you have gone before.

Besides, if the chickens are that big I don't want to see them anyway. Next time I see you though, you'll have to explain this "Cajon" stuff to me. Remember now, I'm a yankee from the west side of Chicago.
