It turned out we were a little optimistic on the build date which is why none of you SC visitors saw our unit in the past few weeks. They have finally started it and Curtis called me today to review our custom wiring since they're about to roll it into the wiring bay. As The Chief mentioned build time is running about two weeks.

The dealer is supposed to receive the trailer by 9/13 so it looks like I can remove that coming soon in the signature in less that 4 weeks. The short term delay doesn't bother me, I'd rather have them build it right for the long haul. We've moved our short test trip to 9/20 and I'll post some pics when we're hitched and ready to roll.

I probably saw your 31IKE today on the line. I would have took a picture, but I thought yours was done and gone.

Russell,
I thought it was going to be gone but a couple others got in ahead of us including a unit needed for the Hershey show. I'll be able to see that one since we'll be at Hershey 9/10 for a day trip. I'm just very glad to hear you had a better experience at PI than the Chief, a well built unit is #1.

They did so much extra for us including a last minute addition my wife really wanted that I can't complain at all about a slight delay. I gave myself a good cushion with our first reservation 9/28 so we should be ok with a couple weeks to prep, get in a short test trip and get any initial issues attended to before heading out on a longer trip.

Rob,
It might just be on the PI lot ready to go on 9/8 with that 9/13 delivery to the dealer here in PA, let me know if you see it. That street side ladder will be easy to spot.

Sounds good Brad. If I don't hear from you that it's been shipped I'll try to find it.
