We spent yesterday in Elkhart at the Mor/ryde Service Center for a scheduled maintenance of our IS suspension and disk brakes. Everything was checked out and an alignment was done. These guys know what they're doing and the service here is on par with SC - Top Notch. The cost was reasonable (parts are covered by warranty for five years) and they're real friendly folks.

I'd recommend this service stop to anyone with the IS system, without hesitation.

I will second that! We had them do the disk brake conversion on our rig. At that time they were doing this job at a rate of 8 a week. They were professional and easy to work with. I love my Kodiack disc brakes.

Did they feed you lunch while you were there? The "waiting room" was very nice and comfortable with snacks and pop or coffee. A nice added touch. They let us stay in our coach in the parking lot (30A, water, wifi and cable) the night before the appointment and then again inside the shop on the second night! Great operation! rockin'

Nice catch Tom. You bet they fed us lunch! I was gonna mention that before but figured I'd let you take up the slack. Agreed that the Customer Lounge is real nice with plenty of games to keep us occupied. Somehow I missed the cable in the parking lot. But the trains more than made up for it all night loooong.

A couple of additional points I missed before:
  1. As I heard it the five year warranty starts all over on parts replaced under warranty.
  2. The rubber springs as originally delivered in my IS suspension were #11. Mor/ryde replaced these with #30's which are a more firm rubber.
