More kudos to Ralph and Curtis at Excel Service
We just left Smith Center this morning. I can not say thank you enough to Ralph and Curtis. Our camper was done last week, but we were too busy to come down to pick it up. Ralph kept it in the shop for us, then he came in yesterday (Friday, the day after Thanksgiving) afternoon to pull it out for us. Since we were spending the night he opened it up and turned the heat on for us. Then this morning he came in on his day off and offered us coffee before we hit the road. What a great crew!

Keep in mind that they have electric, showers and restrooms for overnight guests.

Ralph and Curtis, the guys who ran the factory service department, bought the service building and reopened it. The factory is still closed.
