Moving to Excel

Does anyone here have a 35FLR?
My wife and I are moving up from our Carrilite and have found this model to be unique in its floor plan. Any pro's or con's.
Thanks for any feedback

I have a 2007 35flr and have been very happy. I bought it new from Sutton RV and have had good support from Peterson. Just replaced the tires, shocks, and batteries and added a halon ss-30 in refer compartment. Only interior change was to replace the recliners with leather euro recliners and 32 inch and 20 lcd tvs. Also came with cherry wood int and I have added 4kw propane gen with 2 10 gal tanks and traveler 3 directv auto sat dish. I could be talked out of this one as I am looking to down size, for the right price. As you know they are well built and therfore not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. The only problem was the slideout drive motors leaked and all were replaced by Peterson under warranty. Also the fantastic vent never worked properly so I just disabled the auto open and now do it manually. What ever you do you will want to have at least a dually to pull. Best of luck to you and your upgrade search.

Welcome roll! Our first RV was a 05 FLR.......loved the floorplan. 08 was the last year for it.

Our friends have an very nice Excel for sale. Check out the thread here. It is listed in the classifieds of this website. This is a bit bigger and heavier and you'll need lots of truck to pull. rockin'
