Our Excel did not come with a satellite finder, nor a washer and dryer although we have the stubbed electrical and plumbing for both. We're going to be in Kansas in September for the HDT rally, can I have those things installed at the PI factory? If so, who do I call to get an appointment?

Virgil, call Jack Yenne at the Customer Service Center at 800.368.3759 and he'll take care of you. Great guy, tell him you know me and he'll give you a discount! On second thought, he'll probably charge you more!

I agree with ChiefJohn, Jack and crew are very good to work with. My new unit is in their care now, and he is installing a satellite sys and the washer dryer vent. I have to install the washer dryer when it gets home as I bought them locally. They have a great new service facility and lounge area. You can even take a shower and do your laundry while they service your rig.
The Colorado club is having a get togather May 4th which we hope attend if our unit is done in time. If not we will make the next one.

Doyle,
Good to hear from you. Sounds like all is progressing nicely for you. Appreciate the feedback. (I'm still waiting on my title.)
