I just finshed installing a new 32 LCD TV in our 03 33RSE tralier and I belive it came out rather well. I am not sure what I am going to put aboue the TV, maybe a 5 in 1 system or just make a close out piece made out of Oak.

Would some one help post a picture >

Dan

Dan,

Hope we can see some pics. We have an 04 33RSE and I know we will make the change some day. How did you anchor it?

As I seem to be following Larry today, I will be glad to try and help with your pictures.

I to would like to see how it was mounted and the brand you selected. When I've measured 32" LCD's, they do seem to come in all sizes in height and width.

Chris

Larry,

Got your e-mail about the photos, transfer to my photo program and when I went to the RV Photo Gallery, there were your pictures. Don't know what happen, When you upload photos they have to be approved by the 'staff' before you see the image. That can take less than an hour to several in my experience. Once you can view the image it can be inserted into the post. Glad to help.

Dan,

Here's your project. Nice work. The cabinet doesn't look that deep on one end, was there a tube type TV in there before.

I istalled a Samsung LCD LNT 3253, the TV is 31.5 wide and hole is 30.5 wide with the fillers pieces on the left side of the hole remove. The filler pieces are put in with screws in pocket holes.

The frame with the TV is secured to the shelf with 1/4 bolts treaded into T nuts. I had to cut off the back cornes of the frame to clear the back of then hole. I set the TV back in the cabinet frame about 3/4 as the buttons and light are almost covered by the cabinet frame.

Yes I di have a tube TV in the hole before.

Thanks Larry for posting the pictures.

Dan

Chris,

I waited until they were approved and then I went to insert them and the image would not show up. I have done this on websites I have and other forums so maybe I am not as smart as I think I am. (Not a peep Rockin)

Dan,

Chris was the one that posted the photos. You may not want to use the write up I gave you to post photos, seems I don't have it down.

Larry and Dan,

IRV2 has updated their instructions on how to post photos. For those who don't know where to find it, it's located in the Tech Support and Help section and here is the LINK.

You did all the heavy lifting. All I did was right click on the picture, select properties, highlight and copy the URL address, click OK. I exit the photo gallery and return to the Post a Reply. In the post box, click on the Display Image box on the top tool bar, this is the second box on the right that looks like a picture, click it and paste the photo, then click ok.

If done correctly it will look something like this in the 'post a reply' window before it is posted.

[IMG]http://www.irv2.com/photopost/data/835/thumbs/new_trailer-TV-006.jpg[IMG] ****this [IMG] should look like this...[/IMG]

Had inputed incorrectly so it wouldn't show the RED X box or the picture as I wanted to display the [IMG] was different than the [URL]. I have been know to get carried away and click paste without going to the Display Image box first.

Once it is posted, it will display the image.

If you don't use the Display Image box to input the photo, it will look like this:

http://www.irv2.com/photopost/data/8...ler_TV_006.jpg

This method only gives a link to the photo. With the [IMG] before and [/IMG] after the link, it will display the image in the Post.

****I have edited his post to make the correction****Thanks

Hope something helped,
Chris

Just a slight correction.

[img] goes before the URL and [/img} goes after the URL.

Note the / in the second [/img].

Now I know what I did wrong. I took the url from the browser window and not the properties window. I had the image tags correct but I was using the wrong url. Thanks Chris.
