PI Service Center

Thanks to the Excel Service Center in Smith Center, Ks.I feel I have had a very productive week.
I have had several troublesome issues resolved by the very competent service staff including Ralph and Ted, who are tops in my book. Love my Excel.

Yep. In my opinion, this is the place that PI really shines. Ralph and crew generally go above and beyond, and seem to be able to meet most any challenge.

I just wonder why the factory doesn't listen to the service dept when there are consistent issues with an item. If you follow the forums regularly u know what I am talking about.

The shop is definitely over busy and understaffed. I know what you mean about repeat and common issues. Lots of staff frustration when we were there. But as stated the shop group works miracles and are great to work with.
