Has anyone put a rear rack on the back of their unit? We custom built a 1" tube steel rack with grating and attached at 3 points with 2-1/2" sliding tube steel (to make it removable) to our old Carilite; however our Excel has ladder that will be in the way for 3 point connection. Wonder how many connections the motorcycle lift has? Anyone have any ideas? We didn't consider loss of outside storage when we opted for the 4 slides. Oops!

We added a 3-point hitch mounted storage box on our previous MH. On our Excel, I went with a single hitch mounted cargo carrier with a large storage box. Used mainly for all our jack pads, power cords, etc.

We have a Stowaway2 hitch-mounted box on the back of our Excel (Basic model, in white).

This is the same brand that Camping World sells; however, if you order it from CW, it'll take 3-4 weeks to receive because it's a special order item. We called Stowaway directly and had our carrier within a couple of days.
