Replacementend caps for ladder on Excel

I need a couple of replacement end caps for the rear ladder on our 2007 Excel 30rso. Does anyone know the band name of these ladders and access to the parts, either the caps or nene rungs?

Fred, the ladder was originally made by Atwood. Those plastic rungs were a problem as they would crack and become weak and would break under a load (average sized person). Atwood had a sublet company handle the replacement rungs. There was a couple of gals that handle the phone calls and they'd supply you with free rungs as long as the unit was 5 years old or younger. They obviously did this as it was a safety concern. A friend of mine who weight about 160 lbs. had one break out when he was going up the ladder. He said it was scary for sure. I used to have some extras pieces but they went with my rig when it sold. I'd try Atwood first and see if they can help you find them. If they can't here's some but they sure look pricey. BTW, the ladies told me the rungs were no different in quality as the ones they were replacing! Yikes.

Never mind just end caps, I need a new ladder and so far have not located anyone that would replicate the one I had on the Wild Cargo. Mine broke as I was descending it last summer. Literally left me hanging on the side of the RV. Thanking a neighbor saw what happen and assisted me.

I ordered a replacement through the service center in Smith Center after a construction barricade jumped out and hit the ladder on our Wild Cargo. The shipping was almost as expensive as the ladder :(
