Rhino Roof Option Being Suspended

Since introducing our exclusive Rhino Roof system, our order backlog has continued to increase. Due to the fact that the Rhino roof process adds an additional 2 days to our production process, we are getting further and further behind. Our dealers are feeling pressured by Excel customers because of missed deadlines, and customers who have their units on order deserve to not have their delivery dates continually moved back due to missed deadlines.

Therefore,

Effective IMMEDIATELY, we are suspending the RHINO ROOF OPTION until further notice. We will honor the units already in house that were ordered with the Rhino Roof option.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for those considering ordering a unit with Rhino.

Respectfully,

Bryan Tillett
President

Bryan, I hope the Rhino Roof will soon be an option again. That was one of the items that put Excel at the top of the short list for our new FW.

Roof

I second that! The Rhino Roof in combination with the powder room. Put the Excel at the top for us. Something structural for me and something the DW wants. It is a great combination. Hope it is back when we are ready
To put our order in.
