Rockin Tom and others...thanks

My husband and I became fulltimers in 09, but then had to put down the jacks and stay put to take care of my mom. We have just now hit the road again and we are sure excited! I wanted to say how helpful this forum has been during our first trip out, and now again as we prepared to leave.
A special thanks goes to Rockin Tom...
Whenever my husband has a question he jumps on the forum and usually comes back with "Rockin Tom says..." It is great to know there are people out there with a lot more experience than us that are willing to take the time to help all us newbies.
So thanks to Rockin Tom (hope we get to meet you sometime down the road) and to all the others who are on the forum with questions and answers.

Exclamation Red Alert

Loralie,

You probably don't realize it, but you've just gone and done what so many of us are so careful to avoid - you have inadvertently given even more credence to Tom's nickname, SKIA (Sir Know It All). Darn! Now we're in for it. (Sorry Tom, I couldn't help myself.)

As lucky as we are to have him around to answer all our questions, we occasionally reminded that he ALMOST knows it all as regards these Excels (figure out that one). Lest we forget, Workshop also carries more than his share of the load when it comes to helping us with those maintenance issues that keep popping up. Of course, there are several others out there who regularly chime in with their own solutions to our "new" problems.

Thanks from me too, guys - all of you.

Jim

There is a whole lotta you great guys out there! I think some of you are probably just like my dad...if he just stands there and looks confused, things seem to fix themselves for fear he may attack with the trusty screw driver!! My dad can fix anything!
No really I sincerely meant thanks to all who have unknowingly helped us out...Rockin Tom, Workshop, Bruce and Jenna, etc, etc.
By the way, the last "Rockin Tom says...." was that our lug nuts should be at 120 pounds so thats what we did before taking off. And they are still there so I guess he does know what he is saying.....

Ok, just to spread the love around. We are thankful to all you guys who seem to have a fix for all things Excel. Like Loralie we couldn't have gotten this far without you, even though you all get a little bit ornery from time to time. We are glad you have our backs in this new adventure. ( Rockin' John secretly thinks your the bomb! LOL)
